Terms of use
Updated on 21 September 2026
These terms govern use of Retzef. They are not legal advice. Contact: privacy@retzef.io.
The service
Retzef provides customer journey measurement, stations the business names, read only ad connections, truth systems the business connects, insights, persisted opportunities, on site experiments, and off site comparison links. There is no billing in the product, no payment collection, and no ad publishing in your name.
Account and roles
Sign up creates an account. There are three roles: Super Admin, admin, and employee. You are responsible for the password and for who is invited to the team. An employee does not write connections or settings.
Your site and measurement
You are responsible for embedding the snippet, for the consent banner on your property, and for the accuracy of the truth systems. Retzef measures from the moment a visitor touches your property. An ad door is not a station inside the feed.
Demo requests
Leaving details on the public site is a request to schedule a demo. It does not create a dashboard account and it does not start a paid contract.
Allowed use
Do not use Retzef to follow minors, break into systems, impersonate anyone, or send us information you have no right to process. Do not try to publish ads through the connections. Connections are read only, and Meta conversion reporting happens only after an explicit switch.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, without a full uptime promise at this stage. Retzef is not responsible for ad decisions you make from the numbers, and not for indirect damage. Direct liability, if any is found, is limited to the amount actually paid to us in the three months before the event. There is no billing in the product today.
End of use
You can stop using the service at any time. A Super Admin can delete a business that is not a demo workspace. After deletion, that business data is no longer available in the interface, and end customer deletion follows the privacy policy.
Law
The governing law is the law of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction sits with the competent courts in Israel. A change to these terms will appear on this page with an update date.
